I also have stacked Lincoln Impinger Model 1132 Electric ovens set up for pizza. I need a good starting point for Temp and conveyor time to cook hand tossed pizza.
We cooked a 16" pie in our 1132 electric ovens. The doughball weighed 25 oz. Moisture content and altitude are factors too. We had the belt speed timer set for 6 minutes. We had three of these ovens and the temp settings needed to be a little different on each.
I would start at 500 degrees and 6 minutes and adjust the TEMP to get the right bake using the same time setting.
