I just bought a pair of WB ovens upgraded from my old lincolns and they are awesome. 1 WB can do more volume than 2 of my lincoln 1000s and they cook much better.

no doughy pizzas at all anymore. We did a 750 dollar hour running just one WB oven and it didnt even get backed up.

Best 4k i have ever spent upgrading to the double stack of WB’s

What i dont get is how the middlbey is such a superior oven, not even in the same ball part, it has a faster bake time and the pizzas come out looking better, makes lincolns looks like a childs toy.

i was able to get a 2 minute faster bake with the middleby vs the Lincoln 1000’s

I’m surprised you are getting a decent/consistent bake across the entire width of the oven. The one stack of WB’s we have cook differently one one side vs. the other.

The back side is ever so slightly hotter. Not enough to worry about a customer would not notice
