I know this has nothing to do with pizza, but here is a chain that is a very well known brand in Canada and has been able to do well in a tough market…In reading various media reports it seems they have been very aggressive in their marketing and adding new product lines…
To me the product at Tim Hortons is awful but it seems they have their fans…I think an independent, whether a pizza place or coffee shop has to work very hard or their market share is taken away by the big guys despite the quality of the products the big guy are offering…
