I’ve been putting together a business plan for a local pizza shop and have been looking at spaces/buying a business. Was hoping for some feedback on this morning’s Journal article on the struggles of the chains:

Seems that most of the negatives for the chains (i.e. costs/cheap competitors) apply to indys as well, but indy’s can be more nimble in product strategy & local marketing.
