We have been using a combination of Bonta and some Bell0rto products in our sauce. I really like the Bonta (from Escalon) but the pricing has gotten out of control.
What are you guys using and what is it costing you?
We had a price increase on our tomatoes that got me agitated. I did the math and figure that the $3 a case was only about 1.5 cents per large pie. I can live with that small of an increase in this economy and tomato situation. My price increase next month covers it easily.
