Training New Staff

Sbarro uses a ring of some kind to train their new employees. Does anybody know where I could purchase these? Apparently it is a good tool that aids in opening up the dough and creating a good crust around the edge. I have looked everywhere but I have not been successful.

Dang…I was hoping for something like a “ring of death” or cage match setting…this is just a dough ring

Check out the Marsal & Sons website and under equipment are their dough mold pans…is that what you are looking for? I think Sbarro uses their ovens too?
