I am in the process of writing a business plan for a college class with the intent of opening a small pizzeria in the suburban Boston area and am having trouble coming up with a pro-forma income statement and other financial documents necessary for the plan.
I was wondering how others have come up with these numbers and if anyone might be able to point me in the direction of maybe a sample small pizzeria (seats about 16 max, 8 employees, 1,500 sq. ft.) business plan or financial statements to look at for guidance.
I’d appreciate any and all help. I have no experience in this area to fall back on so it’s kind of tough.
