Unused Space

I operate a Delivery Carry Out location. I have an large waiting area in the front that doesn’t get used enough to need such a large space. I figure I have a 13x12 area that I could use to somehow get some extra revenue.

Anyone have any ideas on things that I could put in that space that could help increase revenue, without a HUGE capital investment.

A couple things come to mind. You could use the area to sell Logo Wear for your store. Maybe hard ice cream or gelato if you are in an area that has good traffic.

Tables. Just of couple of them, makes a good quick lunch spot for local business people or students.
