T tguag New member Dec 31, 2017 #2 We us a Foodsaver right off the k-mart shelf. It helps a lot. We use it for our fresh mozz. We buy it buy it by the brick and slice it up…then portion it out for about 2 days worth. It does keep it fresher for about 4 times longer. Last edited: Feb 18, 2020
