Walk in cooler advice

I’m looking at getting an 8X14 walk in cooler. We make about 8 - 10 batches (25lb flour) on a busy day.
How important is it to get a remote vs a capsule pack system.

The end result will probably be the same with which ever one you select.

The out door remote systems put less heat into the kitchen but cost more and are more costly when service is requ

Ninety percent of our clients use the in door unit mounted on top of the box.

Yeah i have had my out door remote damaged by the roofers twice, electricians working on a different job damage it once, all in the last 4 years. I am almost to the point of putting up with the heat indoors.
