wax paper

do any of you use a wax paper (like with your wings) on a tray.
whats your cost and can you get your lofo printed on it

We do deli papers in a basket for our dine in wings. I don’t know the exact cost. But I picked some up at the GFS store this weekend because we ran out, and they were 8.50ish I think for 500.

you can get your logo on deli paper…

Check w/Sysco and the like, or a big paper co. - but you’ll need 2 buy quite a bit @ once…

if you were a chain operation, it would be a little different…

they need a volume purchase…

chances are it not worth it, yet, if your pinching the pennies…

I agree, really no reason to get it unless you are going to enter in Wing competitions.

We use either foil wraps or deli paper. I am looking into getting butcher paper that I can cut or purchase in closer to 12" wide rolls. I suspect I’ll be fruitless, but I want to try the white paper for dining in and for lining containers going out to absorb some moisture.

WAX paper tends to melt and coat the food. kinda odd texture added to the wings 🙂
