Wholly Stromboli and PMQ Magazine are teaming up to provide an evening of food, drink, and entertainment for fellow pizzeria owners and operators as PMQ comes to town to film a panel discussion among successful independent operators in the pizza industry.
This will also be the kick-off for “Daddio” as he begins his Colorado pizzeria tour!
This event will be held in the (not so) secret Speakeasy which is located below Wholly Stromboli Restaurant in Fort Lupton, CO
Our evening looks like this:
4:00 to 5:00
Social hour with wine and appetizers
5:00 to 6:00/6:30
Dinner with wine, where the Wholly Stromboli kitchen staff will take the liberty of showcasing our best and most unique entrees in a constant flow from the kitchen family style.
We have booked a really great comedian/magician who will perform during dinner
(he is a hoot - you really should see him)
6:30 to ??
Panel discussion on the Speakeasy stage where a small group of successful business women/men will discuss the state of the industry, trends, success stories, lessons learned, etc… This will be the focal point for the PMQ film crew
During the panel discussion, there will be coffee and desserts for everyone to enjoy. We will let the panel discussion and the ensuing social time continue until ???
