Picked up a new three-door freezer/fridge, two new freezer display cases, a new 5 foot prep, a used gas pasta cooker, two new stainless steel tables, a new meat slicer, and a pristine used three-compartment sink and plumbing. Got everything for about 50% to 60% of the discounted new price at an auction.
Rented a bigass truck with a lift gate. My partner’s garage is practically full of all this stuff. Getting excited.
