What are your hours and why

Just like the title says. What hours are you open and why? Do you close early because you live in a town of retirees? Are you open late because of a college or bar crowd?

Im open 11-8 because I live in an area where people go to bed early. Im slow after 630 most nights.

11:00 am to 11:00 pm. Dinner rush ends about 8:00 and it takes about three hours for everyone to leave and for us to clean up. We deliberately close before the “BAR SCENE” starts happening, as we have no desire to deal with drunks.

11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. weekdays and until 4:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

College town.

That’s when the phones ring and I want all the money.

Posted hours are 11Am to 4Am seven days. College town. We’re there about 9 AM and will usually take orders if they come in early. We have a standing delivery everyday that needs to be there at 10:30 AM. On the really busy late nights we’ll keep taking orders till the phones stop, sometimes not till 5AM. We stop taking orders on these days as soon as there’s a time where the ovens empty and no orders being made.

Our hours change during the year. Hours are based on when we can do business:

Summer high season 11-9 7 days
Fall off-season 11-8 7 days
Winter high-season 11-9 S-Th, 11-10 F-S
Spring off-season 11-8 7 days
