Where to find a flag "topper"

Hello all,

A while back I worked at Papa John’s and my I used a PJ’s delivery flag instead of a typical car topper. Anyone know where these can be purchased or what company makes them?

No, not quite like that but I do like it. In searching for the style I wanted I came across a website:
