Wings from Sam's

how do you guys cook the wings from Sams are they already cooked & you reheat or are they raw and youhave to fully cook them and how

they seem about $10 cheaper a bag than what i am paying now

If it’s the same product I’ve used, they come frozen and uncooked. I’ve cooked them both thawed, and still frozen with no problems. SAMS also has a precooked, pre-sauced wing as well that is a bake to reheat product. I must add though, as of right now we haven’t put them on our official menu so I’m not the best guy to tell you how to prepare them in your place.

I use the presauced wings, we just run them through our oven a couple times.

I’ve tried wings from Sam’s Club before. They were raw frozen wings that I thawed out before I cooked them in the fryer. My problem with Sam’s wings is that they are just too small. In the package the size look alright but when you cook them, they shrink. I had a lot of complaints from customers.
