yeah you will definitely notice the La Nova Wings booth…they sure know how to get guys to taste their wings
Seriously though, if you have never attended any of the seminars you should attend as many as you can…some suck others are pretty good…it all depends where you are at as far as success…you might find a few new food items and equipment if that applies…I have found that I have learned more talking with other operators I met there.
