I guess I mixed up Yellow Pages with Yellow Book!
What I’m wondering is what the impact will be of a Yellow Pages print ad - I missed their deadline before opening. Actually THEY failed to reply to several calls asking for a rep, but anyway…

Anyone track their Yellow Pages calls? Or have a story that demonstrates the success or failure of the YP to bring in new business?

I alos mixed up Yellow Book with Yellow Pages. All of my rants are about Bell Company Yellow Pages, customer service and phone services. Not at all anything I will spend money on. Yelow Book seems a “generic” offshoot/duplication of Yellow Pages, so I don’t really look at them in our marketing plan so much. I am listed in both as a function of having a phone, but no added money spent here.
