I’ve found that restaurant owners/operators have a love/hate relationship with all review sites, not only Yelp. However, the savvy consumer usually knows better than to only go by what they read in online reviews. The unfortunate fact is, unhappy patrons are much more likely to post a bad review than happy patrons are to post a good one.Liz, how many restaurants have you spoke with that has talked favorably about Yelp?
