I went to a Z Pizza in Phoenix last week.
walkin, some sit down, Starbucks like decor, good ingredients, salads, other stuff, big menu for delco with a few tables,
good ingredients, Escalon organic 6 in 1, lightly seasoned, very much like mine, good crust…
they use a sheeter and in my opinion it would have been better hand tossed, they have lots of stores so the sheeter simplifies and makes consistency easier and better…no good handles on the pizza though
salad, I had the pear and gorgonzola, was OK, little pricey, a slice, only had choice of cheese or pepperoni, they were getting a little time on them, and soda fpr around $11.
