I agree it looks like a simple sticker most can do. We have used Sticker Mule for custom stickers we seal our subs wrapped in deli paper with and we ordered a bunch of the 4' circle ones to celebrate our 20th anniversary and used them on everything. Great quality and great price we feel.
Seems like I would contact the Pizza Tomorrow Summit conference folks as well. They may have a contact different than what you have. Or get your local police to call them at least.

I was leaning towards a pizza topping but I definitely see the value in carrying 1oz cups as a side. They are most likely going to ask for it so ast least have a way to charge for it!

We have held off on the trend as long as we could be it seems the hot honey trend isn't disappearing anytime soon.
So my question if: for the shops that carry the hot honey, do you just give it away if they ask for some? Do you consider it a topping and it it to your menu with the other...
