We stopped delivery 3/1/21 due to our inability to hire enough employees. Ninety-five percent of my problems disappeared overnight. Sales are down about 30%. Labor is also down among other things. I think if you provide a quality product, they will pick it up. I should have done it 5 years sooner!

Your food cost on 15oz of fries is around $1.2o. Our single order of fries is 12oz. I agree with your wife.

Try the Broaster VF3 self contained fryer. They have a higher capacity than the Perfect Fry. We have been using them for a long time without problem.

I don’t have any experience with those ovens, but I have been using a Rotoflex oven for 7-8 years now and I love it.

We use a robot coupe r-2.

We only take cards tab the door using DeJavoo machines. If you are in an area with good cell coverage you will be fine. Because we are in a somewhat rural area we have connection problems at times.

Mr. Peel makes a very durable peel.

We’ve been using wireless machines for over 2 years and I believe all things considered, it is the way to go. We have cases for the machines and have only had one machine broken in 2 years.
