How do you all handle Hot Honey?

We have held off on the trend as long as we could be it seems the hot honey trend isn't disappearing anytime soon.

So my question if: for the shops that carry the hot honey, do you just give it away if they ask for some? Do you consider it a topping and it it to your menu with the other toppings? Do you only use it for a select few specialty pizza?

Any feedback would be much appreciated FROM ACTUAL SHOP OWNERS. I am sure the bots will have a discussion with themselves but I'd like real feedback lol.

I have a specialty pizza I stole from December:). Its called the honey boy, a little extra pepperoni, then after you cut it, apply the Mikes hot honey around the crust of the pizza and then all over the pizza somewhat lightly.
I sell a hot honey cup (1oz) for $1.50
and as a normal topping
I buy the 4 pack 24 oz, and the gallon. dont wash the 24 oz, just refill from the gallon 3 or 4 times, and then buy new bottles. It starts to build up at the bottom. once the lower 25% stops moving, I toss'em
