I like MM’s, but the Lincolns take up less space. Both cook well though. Maybe someday I will get some. In the meantime, I’ll stick with BP 600’s.

I like spoodles, however, any will work. Spoons take a while for me to get used to. Haveing to turn the pizza takes up more time for me, but one of my friends can sauce a pizza with a spoon as fast as I can with a spoodle.

But at what cost? MOST people don’t want to work on Christmas day. Do you piss off your staff for a few dollars? I don’t think it’s worth it.

Back in the “Old Days” of Dominos, we used to have “Cartop Parades”. We had 20 drivers, they ALL wore cartop signs. On a slow Friday, we would get 10-15 drivers, and they would follow the leader up and down the highway 5 mph below the speed limit. It allways worked. TONS of calls!
