    spoon, spoodle or ladle.

    I like spoodles, however, any will work. Spoons take a while for me to get used to. Haveing to turn the pizza takes up more time for me, but one of my friends can sauce a pizza with a spoon as fast as I can with a spoodle. russ

    Who is open Christmas?

    But at what cost? MOST people don’t want to work on Christmas day. Do you piss off your staff for a few dollars? I don’t think it’s worth it. Russ p.s. Why close for Christmas and not Easter?

    I have to admit, I was wong abought car signs!

    Back in the “Old Days” of Dominos, we used to have “Cartop Parades”. We had 20 drivers, they ALL wore cartop signs. On a slow Friday, we would get 10-15 drivers, and they would follow the leader up and down the highway 5 mph below the speed limit. It allways worked. TONS of calls!

    VCM size question

    We do over 300k per year and have been using a Hobart 20 qt VCM for almost 5 years. It works GREAT for me. Lots of small batches.
