I use Point of Success and switches to ChowNow about 3 months ago. Store sales are up +20% year over year ago, menu updates are so easy, they built me an app for $99 and total fees, including credit card processing… Which they handle… 4.4% of sales.

Don’t go 3rd Party - They Suck! Sign up and post jobs on a site called “Better Team” Order delivery from home and if the driver is somebody you want on your team…recruit them.

We charge customers for extra sides of salad dressing, buffalo sauce, etc. My philosophy, which may or may not be right is that I build menu pricing off of food and paper costs…so if somebody wants extra…they pay for extra…same as I do. Curious how others handle such requests? Some customers...

Update: Made the switch and have seen sales increase 18%-28% weekly, year over year. Yes, we have upset lost some guests…but overall it has streamlined operations, reduced overhead, eliminated no shows and greatly increased accuracy.
