I love my Edge 3240. I might look at 3260 at our new location for more volume. Quality ovens and no problems after 4 years except for a controller. They overnighted a new one no charge and I installed it in 10 minutes. They even gave a trick to fool the controller that night so I could open.

From my understanding to be 1099, they would get paid per delivery and not shift pay. They also have to be able to not be on a schedule, and work hours they want. your insurance under workers comp would not cover them. Matt
