you guys that are doing TNB what are the time and temps when using pactiv tray and or parchment paper

This is probably going to vary a lot from shop to shop. We’ve done a few over the last year and what we’ve heard back is 425 degrees for 30 minutes basically. We have a pretty thick crust and are using Grande cheese (which reheats very well).
