I indie_pizza New member Nov 28, 2009 #2 This is probably going to vary a lot from shop to shop. We’ve done a few over the last year and what we’ve heard back is 425 degrees for 30 minutes basically. We have a pretty thick crust and are using Grande cheese (which reheats very well). Last edited: Feb 18, 2020
