Wow bao "dark Kitchen"

Anyone currently doing this? Seems like a profitable add-on, I have small (1,200sf) carry-out / drive-thru pizzeria generating very low sales; Looking to increase revenue (profit) with existing staff and fixed expenses.

WB is claiming: Current Average Unit Volume is $857/week, taking into consideration we partner with ice cream shops that during the summer only turn us on a few days.

I’ve never heard of this

I’ve done it. It’s a nice income stream. You need minimal equipment. Food comes ready to warm or steam. They promote you on the 3rd party delivery sites. You make money. That $850 is a good average unless you’re in a good court at a mall and then it’s substantially more. You get your product from US Foods or Sysco. And learning is very minimal.
