Daddio, I’ve been thinking of offering that as a ‘true’ Hawaiian pizza given their fascination with that ground, spiced, potted meat product.

Oh, and bold-faced commercialism aside, this has been less frequent than it used to be . . . . people showing up simply to sell their <>. This one left faster than most!

Daddio - I am a big fan and agree with most of your points, but gotta say that here you couldn’t be further from the mark. Just because Papa John’s is the lowest common denominator in pizza and they use online ordering doesn’t mean that because you are online you serve crappy pizza.

Google came out with the i-phone killer this weekCustomers are changing, don’t go the way of the dinosaurs. Online ordering was a trickle 5 years ago, and a today, a significant amount of money is spent online for pizza. The next step is cell phone ordering. . Just remember the 80s when people laughed about having a computer in a pizza store.

You missed the point of my post. The origional “Survey” was posted by the provider of the service in order to drum up business (this is known as SPAM). I am all for online ordering and have been asking the provider of my point of sale system to get on board with it. I am also working with the IT department at my local college in order to facilitate something until the intigration with my pos can happen. I also am looking into the text message ordering that I am sure will be the next big wave. I have even got a web page that is mobile friendly(few graphics, mostly a text version of my menu).
