I am going to be opening a by the slice place in Westmoreland Jamaica.
Near Sav Lamar.
I know there have been pizza cruises to Jamaica in the past, so I was wondering if you have any tips about where to buy good food supplies there?

Tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes, flour, and especially good quality cheese?

I have been reading the info on PMQ for a couple years and find it is a wealth of information.

I haven’t the foggiest idea of where to begin sourcing out ingredients there. You might want to repost this question as an open post, maybe you wil be able to tap into a local or someone who has had a store in Jamaica.
