Hello Jay,

My name is Manoel I have a pizza shop in Goiania Brazil. I realise that you are in US but I found Moving Target very interesting. I would ask the following question:
  • Would have any suggestion to be used by us here in Brazil? What everybody is doing here? Leafleting and that is all. We need to rise our sales urgentily or we go out of business.

Hi Manoel,

I’m sorry but I have no idea what people are doing in Brazil… or what can even be done there.

Keep in mind there are 3 ways to grow a business - get new customers, get existing customers to visit more often, and sell more on each transaction.

Focus on those things.
