Average number of toppings

I am working on my business and had a question for everyone. I am going to offer a 12", 14" and 18" pizza. When we had a place before, I believe people ordered an average of 2 toppings on any of the sizes. What are you all getting for your average number of toppings?

When left without suggestions, customers will do a 1-2-3 topping pie.

If you have attractive NAMED combos on the menu, you can bump that up a lot. We have about 30 named combos, most are 5-6 toppings, none are less than 4 toppings and some are priced as high as 9 toppings.

It is a great boost to ticket averages to have people buy the named combos with 6-7-8-9 topping prices (our wild game sausage toppings are triple price toppings).
