BUSSER PAY?

Anybody know what the going rate for a bus person is these days…we always had waitresses clear their own tables but we just added another dining room and it looks like we need some help clearing tables.

The few places I know that have them. Pay them either the wait staff pay, or minimum. Then have the wait staff split tips with them. Like 10% or so if i remember right? I am prob way off on % tho
