Catering Vehicle

I am thinking about doing slice and soda sales at the nearby college campus. I currently have an Scion XB that I use for catering. My question is what kind of equipment can I purchase for that vehicle to use it to sell slices and maybe pizzas out of or should I buy a seperate vehicle for that purpose. If so are there fully equiped ones or would I have to purchase the equipment seperately?

Not specifically but I see them all the time. From what I have observed the trailers are just custom outfitted to your application. Google it or ask some local espresso vendors.
