Caught my manager stealing, devastated right now

About 25 years ago I was working up in Vermont and the manager (I was a driver) stole about $15000 by throwing away several DOOR (order)sheets each night. He got busted because the franchisee saw them in the trash (through the plastic trash liners).
When asked if he had learned anything he said “Yeah… don’t use clear liners” Some people!

WOW! Just fricken WOW!
And one of the reasons I use clear can liners, I’ve seen stuff walk out the back door in garbage bags at places that I have worked, then it would be recovered from the dumpster later after close. Also the other reason I have cameras on our dumpsters besides people trying to stuff them with their home garbage.
