Cheese Prices .I know I know...but....

I am a little befuddled. Just Wondering how you figure your prices from your supplier…I am CME weekly avg +
is this how you do it and if so what is the over you pay…if you don’t mine me asking.

I pay CME week ending price +.24. I use about 1000 pounds a week. For the longest time it was +.17 until they had two increases this year to bring it to +.24. I use Sorrento whole milk block. I would love to hear what everyone else is at, quantity and label too.
