I’m old so I remember when a landline was the single point of contact for a customer- at least in regard to the POS.
Cells changed all that and… they are the root of all evil!
Same cell and a different address tonight… then the old one tomorrow… then a different one in 2 days… one address with 20 cells that are linked to it… sometimes… I did say I was old!

Should see what i pull up from the IBM facility down the street from me. I think they are down to about 3000 employee’s … yeah.
