Our drivers drive my cars and burn my gas. They make $6.00 an hour plus tips. When it is slow they make about $10-$11 per hour. When we are busy they make $20-$30 per hour. We don’t have any trouble finding or keeping drivers. This winter, we do not have any new drivers. The shortest time any of them have worked here is 2 years. We have one that has worked here 9 years and another that has been with us for 6.
