We deliever 4:00-10:00 Sun-Thur. 4:00-12:00 Fri-Sat. We have a $12 minimum for delivery. We charge $2 delivery charge.
Rarely does anyone kick about the $2. If they do, I tell them that I will pay them $2 to pick it up. I’m not joking. Maybe once in 60 days will someone take me up on that offer.
The $2 delivery fee goes to the driver.
At closing we clean the grill and fryer first. Then we start restocking the tables and freezers. During that entire time, we leave the ovens on. We never turn down an after hours order.
