EMV and all the *&%$@? confusion

There is a way to turn this off too. Give support a call.
I don’t like bothering you guys for trivial stuff,
I think redoing the “Device parameter download” in workstation set-up screen may have fixed it, I’ll know around 4 P.M. on the 16th when we open. But thank you

All went well, but I did see a batch close failure warning again when I went to close the day, and it would not let me out of that screen, so I opened task manager, killed order entry & Net-Pay, restarted those 2 programs, and everything was fine.
The batch close failure is a rare item, and we’ve had some power fluctuations here lately. So that may be the cause of it.
