I agree with this take. I’ve increased my business with these services, DoorDash especially. I had UberEats first, and they got to the point of no-showing on 3 or the 5 orders I got from them a day. DoorDash is about 22% of my business now, and GH about 8%. Doing the math, I’m netting the same $$$ from internal vs. external. SO much so, that I need to move to conveyors from stone. As for the ‘mentally unstable poisoning a delivery’, that could happen with any new hire
