Flour

We are currently using General Mills All Trumps. Anybody know if there is a cheaper alternative with the same profile as all trumps?

Rob,

Most processors carry a high protein flour comparable to All Trumps.

After your main distributor, check with a bakery distributor. They will carry other lines like Con Agra and Cereal.
I buy from Bake Mart in Phoenix, AZ though the price is comparable to Roma, they just have a flour I like using.
Looks like flour may be continuing to go up fro a while.
