George,

We have two blodgett deck ovens that are quite old and are still going strong…but…we have holes in the back part from repeated hits from our screens. Do we need to fix this and can you?

Hi 15th:

I would suggest you get a sheet of galvanized steel, same size as the rear of the oven and pop rivet, or screw it to the outside back of your oven.

That should give you a few more years of use from your ovens.
