Free pizza giveaway new shop

We are in a resort town. I give away about 500 pizzas a year to the front desk staff, bellmen and shuttle drivers around town and have done so now for over 10 years. I also give about another 100 pies per year to promotional events. That has been some of the best marketing I do.

How do you distribute these pizzas? Do you just go around to all the hotels and hand out coupons or do you bring them a pizza?

at my other store we use a scale. we were going to try a cup at this location but during this event I let it slide. cups are in place now. I know there was a lot of waste and I’m kicking myself but I’m not going to worrie about it now.

We have printed business cards which are good for a free 12" 3-topping pie. My wife and I go personally to every front desk and introduce ourselves, thank them for support and give them a card for EVERY front desk employee they have. we do this twice a year.
