Going from 6 to 7 days a week

I opened being open 7 days. My mondays were terrible. Thought about closing that day. In a college town and have big dining room. So I just started doing really cheap beer specials. Turned my mondays around, and didn’t have to discount pizza. In the summer will have Mondays as big as Thursdays.

You can also use it to see how your staff does there without you. What problems arise etc. on really slow days. So in the future you feel confident knowing you can take a day off, or even a vacation. I know my shops run better when Im there of course, but for my sanity I can’t imagine being there open to close
