I only bought 2 plug in bags so it wasnt much of a cost factor. We use them mostly for the longer deliveries or for out of town. Most of our in town deliveries are only taking 6-9 minutes from leaving the store to the house as we live in a small town. If they have more then 2 deliveries then the hotbags can be used.
