Aloha Everyone,
I want to figure out what a pizza is going to cost me to make in Hawaii.
Specifically, for a large pepperoni pizza (16")?
I am going to call some restaurant supply places on Monday and need to know what to ask for?
What typically would I need to order from these guys?
Flour … what size bag, 100#?
Pepperoni …What size is typical?
Cheese (montzerella) … What size is typical?
Sauce
Yeast… What is a typical order size?
I’m not worried at this time about salt, sugar, oil, etc. Just the biggies. We can add .20-.30 cents for the little stuff. Any help is appreciated. I have never called a restaurant supply before and don’t wanna sound like an idiot.
After I get the numbers I am hoping we can plug them in and get a guestimate of what the pizza will cost to make.
