Hobart HFB12 Flashbake oven

Has anyone used or heard of others using the Hobart Flashbake ovens for pizzas? I know that subway uses them for toasting their bread, but im wondering what quality pizza they will put out. Any information is useful. Thanks.

If pizza is a side-line item, then it might do - a bit dated technology tho…won’t fly for a volume operation…

a better choice for a side oven is a Peerless brand Quartz-Ray oven - used by some Little Caesar’s yrs ago in their K-Mart ops - nice brick deck & controlable quartz lamps - makes a mean pie (1@a Time!)
