How much space?

I was hoping someone could tell me how much space would be required to open a dine-in/co restaurant. Im hoping for a 82 seater along with a party room for 50. Basic menu with pizza,wing & subs. Small office space,3 bathrooms.

Full Service, Fast Casual, or Quick Service?

With that amount of seating (132), you are looking at 4000-5000 sf to accommodate larger bathrooms, kitchen production, etc.

With that much seating you are definitely looking at 4000-5000 sf.
